Set contains:
* 1 sticker sheet
* 1 measuring cup
* 1 pot of lip balm base
* 2 lip balm containers
* 1 scoop
* 3 bottles of fragrances
* 2 twisty lip gloss tubes
* 1 bag of wax chips
* 1 bottle of castor oil
Instructions
Preparation:
Make sure your work area is clean and tidy and cover it with paper towels. Wash your hands before you begin. If any liquid gets on your work surface wipe it up with a dry paper towel first then wash it with soap and warm water.
Safety first:
your groovy lab´s lip balms are a safe and non-toxic kit, however, they can be dangerous if not used correctly.
Making Lip Balms
you will need: lip balm container, lip balm base, fragrance, spatula, scoop, stickers, measuring cup
Note: you can mix your scents to create your own new fragrant lip balms.
1. Place one scoop of lip balm base into your measuring cup.
2. Add a few drops of your chosen fragrance. the fewer drops you put in, the thicker the balm will be, so add more drops if you want a thinner balm.
3. Stir as the lip balm base softens into liquid.
4. Once the lip balm is completely mixed scoop the lip balm into one of your empty lip balm containers. Use the spatula provided to scrape off the scoop.
Repeat steps 1 - 4 until both containers are full. make sure to wash your tools before starting a new mixture.
Tip: decorate your lip balm containers with the stickers provided.
Making Stack Lip Balm Tubes
You will need: twisty lip balm tube, lip balm base, wax chips, fragrance, spatula, scoop, castor oil, stickers, and measuring cup.
Additional equipment: water, bowl, and marker pens.
1. Place 2 scoops of lip balm base into the measuring cup, add approx 8 wax chips.
Tip: for a softer balm use fewer chips, for a harder balm use more.
2. Fill half a bowl of very hot water.
