Painting silk / White

Silk dyes very well and can be hand-printed with a pattern and also painted with silk dyes, and the result is effective and original. Silk is exceptionally strong, but with prolonged exposure to the sun, the silk fibers become more fragile. Do not use silk as curtains or home textiles that receive sunlight.
